I will send you the unedited photos within the next 5 days after the session so that you can be selected. The images you select will be edited in the next 2 or 3 weeks after your selection.
You can PRINT your photos easily and safely, through your digital photo gallery that I will send you with incredible quality and fabulous prices.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Payment and cancellation Policy
Booking. for all my packages. a non_refundable session retainer to book and hold the date and time. Client may terminate the Agreement (“Cancellation”) and/or reschedule the Services (“Rescheduling”) by providing Photographer with written notice no later than [3 days] prior to the original date of Services (the “Minimum Notice” ). Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is not relieved of any payment obligation for the Rescheduling unless Minimum Notice is properly provided. For cancellation, the notice will be a coordiality since the deposit will not be returned.
After your booking you will receive two contracts that you must agree to before you arrive at the place on the day of your session.
Rescheduling. In the event of rescheduling, Photographer will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's change. If Photographer is unable to accommodate Client's change despite commercially reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such Rescheduling will be considered a Cancellation by Client and that Photographer will have no obligation to perform the Services except on the original date of the Services. Services. The deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation. No refund. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Cancellation by Customer will not result in a refund of fees paid on or before the date of Cancellation by Customer. (Deposit)
Replacement. In the event that Photographer is unable to perform the Services, Photographer, subject to Client's consent, shall have a replacement photographer perform the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event that such consent is not obtained, the Photographer will terminate this Agreement and return the Advance Payment and all fees paid by the Client, and thereafter shall have no further liability to the Client.
Payment.Payment will be made with Stripe through the link the pixieset, cashapp, zelle or cash.
Appointment. The day set for the photo session will have an agreed time for your appointment. Any delay must be notified immediately and if the client arrives 10 minutes later than the established time they will be charged $1 for each minute of delay or the delay time will be subtracted from their photo session time in case of another session.
